What does it mean?

MSA - Measurement System Analysis. The method is used to verify the accuracy of measurement systems and their adequacy for selected measurements.

Training Objective

The production practice shows that one uses measurement systems, which for many months or sometimes even for whole product lifecycle measure process (product) in the inadequate way what cases that responsible people draw incorrect conclusions and take wrong decisions like: process is wrong or correct, should we change parameters or not?

The training is showing the importance of MSA for production and administration processes. MSA should be the first step done before process changes (improvements). The trainees will learn several MSA techniques adequate to process character. They will do exercises and analysis in order to assess usefulness of measurement systems. In addition they will take part in case study in order to apply the theory. The training can be organized in the participant company in real production conditions.
