Lean

Often the distinction between Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, MTM etc. seems artificial or unclear. Let me mention a couple of training topics, which usually can be classified as Lean, that I am qualified to provide trainings for:

• Value Stream Mapping.
• Balancing production lines.
• SMED - Quick Change Over.
• Kanban system.
• Beer Game (logistic simulation).

Workshops are the best form of training. Workshops combine theoretical learning with practical application on the shop floor. In addition, I want to get as much information about the situation in your company as possible before the training in order to prepare tailored training.
