Experience in Six Sigma & Lean

Adam Cetera.
I have been working in this business (Six Sigma and Lean) since 2001.
I am certified Six Sigma Lean Master Black Belt (wow, so long title ;-)).
At that time, most consulting companies had not been created, and the future employees of those business were
only just finishing their studies or even starting studies.
I am working full-time at a production company and I do not intend to permanently join any consulting firm or create my own firm.
Since I had the opportunity to work in consulting companies, I can tell you from experience why. The most unacceptable thing to me is to treating the knowledge that we share as the product. I understand that it is naive to think that way because everything is for sale (?) and everything is a product (?). But I cannot recall any of my teachers simply selling me the product, instead they taught me something.
On the other hand, starting my own company would force me to think about training as a product, and I want to avoid that. The best recommendation should be my work as a manager on the positions related to Six Sigma and Lean at the automotive and pharmaceutical companies. Beside this I also have several years of experience working with consulting companies and universities. Especially I appreciate the cooperation with Lean Six Sigma Academy Poland (www.LSSA.pl) in the topics of Lean Management and Six Sigma. In fact, since 2014, I have been an internal consultant coordinating the actions of individual factories and between factories in a large corporations.
