SPC – Statistical Process Control. The term can be translated in 2 ways: once as Control of process but second also as Steering of process.
Each organization while becoming more and more mature should transit from Control approach to Steering approach. The are many different SPC cards adjusted to various processes and sample samplings. The most used are I-MR, Xbar-R, Xbar-s, p-chart, np-chart, c-chart, u-chart. Each process requires adequate SPC card and appropriate sampling. The process variation can be split into 2 groups: normal variation (noise) and special variation (signal).
Very often SPC is used incorrectly or in very superficial manner. This training will help you to find balance between effort needed for sampling and analyze and advantages coming from adequate reaction to the observed process variation.
The trainees will learn Control and Steering approach. They will be able to select appropriate SPC card and sampling. They will create own SPC cards and analyze them looking for normal and special variation. In addition trainees will analyze real cases using Minitab program and Excel sheets.
The training is dedicated to:
The training takes 1 day (8 hours). Ask for training agenda.
